Recruiting top-tier talent isn’t just about attracting people—it’s about actively seeking them out and creating an environment where they want to stay. In this episode, I share how my team and I go beyond simply posting job ads. We actively search for the right candidates on platforms like Indeed and connect with people who are eager for a better opportunity—especially in the medical field, where many professionals feel undervalued and stuck. By fostering a culture of teamwork, family, and respect, and paying our staff significantly more than the industry standard, we’ve built a company where people thrive. Add to that performance-based bonuses and commissions, and our team members know their hard work truly pays off.

Our success in recruiting doesn’t stop at offering competitive salaries and bonuses. We go further by aligning with our staff’s goals and dreams. It’s simple: if your company’s vision can support their personal aspirations, they’ll stay and grow with you. We consistently have open conversations with our team to understand their ambitions and create pathways for them to achieve those goals within our organization. This approach has allowed us to retain incredible talent—from medical assistants earning nearly double the national average to clinic directors making six figures with four-day workweeks. By creating opportunities for growth, we’ve built a team that’s as invested in our success as we are in theirs.

Finally, we look for talent in local schools and even among competitors. Partnering with educational institutions allows us to bring in students for clinicals, giving us a chance to train and evaluate them before offering them positions. And yes, we aren’t afraid to recruit from competitors who fail to treat their staff like family. Our culture is built on support, understanding, and the belief that every team member matters.
