In this episode, I'm going to share with you the strategies that have truly transformed how we generate customer loyalty and repeat business across all of my businesses. These strategies are rooted in what I call the Loyalty Circle, a concept I learned from my good friend, Andy Frisella, who runs a $2 billion company. We use this framework in everything we do.

The Loyalty Circle is simple, yet powerful. Imagine a circle split in half. On the right side, you have everything most businesses do up until the point when someone buys your service—things like marketing, consultations, and education. That education piece is crucial because most clinics and medical providers fail to take the time to truly explain the benefits of their products or services. But by educating your clients, you establish trust and make sure they understand why your solution is tailored specifically to them.

Now, the left side of the circle is where the magic happens—this is what most businesses overlook. It’s all about what you do after the sale. For example, follow up within 24 hours, celebrate the client’s decision to work with you, and show them that the process has already begun. Whether it’s a B12 shot for a weight-loss patient or a tour of the clinic for someone seeking erectile dysfunction treatment, getting them started immediately helps prevent buyer’s remorse and builds confidence in their investment.

Big companies, like the telehealth brands ROE and Hims, understand this model well. Their valuation isn’t based on profitability—it’s based on the number of users they recruit and retain. The same principle applies to your business. The more you focus on building loyalty and generating referrals, the more valuable your business becomes.
