The most effective strategy we've adopted to secure and retain patients is focusing on their needs rather than just fulfilling their wants. Often, patients arrive at our clinic excited about a treatment they've seen on social media or heard about through various channels. However, about 20 to 30% of the time, the treatment they want isn't the best option for achieving the results they desire.

In these situations, it's crucial to have honest conversations with our patients, educating them on the most appropriate treatments for their specific goals. This might involve explaining how another approach could be more cost-effective or why the desired treatment might not meet their expectations. We strive to provide the highest quality outcomes by using the necessary treatments, not just the ones patients initially request.

This approach also involves a willingness to let patients go if they insist on a treatment we know won't satisfy them. By doing so, we've observed two outcomes: either they return to us after a disappointing experience elsewhere, confirming our initial guidance, or they conduct further research, realize our recommendations were accurate, and come back. This honesty and commitment to genuine care foster deep trust and loyalty among our patients, leading to increased success and referrals for our clinic.
